Kaiba Japanese Ramen, Sushi & Grill - Anaheim

Had a great experience at this restaurant! As I walked in, I was greeted and seated right away. The wait time for food was okay—some dishes took longer than others, but totally worth the wait. The rolls were totally worth it! They were generous with the portions. The happy hour specials have really good deals. Its a really nice place

This place is incredible! Please don’t let the drive-thru deter you from stopping by. We ordered tonkatsu ramen, takoyaki, spicy tuna rolls, hot green tea, and Kirin— it all reminded us so much of our time in Japan. The quality of service from Fernando and food from the cooks was exceptional! Will definitely stop here again on our next visit.

Go-to spot most of the time, just happens to be a little far from home.. Love the fresh quality and price is on the dot. Beef Udon is my regular choice, and would tell everyone to try all the sushi options! Super fresh and have not complained once

We went here last night for our anniversary, the service was stellar, food was amazing! Best miso soup I have ever had, the sushi and sashimi was top notch. Our server (I forgot her name but she had braces) was amazing and double checked our order for us before bringing it out. All around wonderful experience! We will be eating here again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend!

So random of a spot in my opinion for such good food!! Me and a friend usually buy four rolls & end up leaving not super satisfied at other spots, but we were so surprised to see how big the special rolls are! At least double the size of a regular roll and so delicious, at the same price as other spots. I ordered Energy, BSCR, Sunset, and Crunch. Sunset stood out the most to me & I don't normally love spicy tuna. If you like spicy tuna, definitely try it! I would love to try their Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna. Staff was also super nice & attentive to our questions. Crazy to think they were handling drive through & in house service at the same time. For sure coming here again.

Good local spot for surprisingly good Japanese food. I’ve ordered many salmon poke bowls from Kaiba. I love the sauce and they give you so much imitation crab. The sushi is also delicious and the ramen is decent.

Very suprise how great this place is. The burrito tuna amazing 20/10 stars. Vegas roll, kaiba salad, heart attack, gyoza, salmon caparricio, tuna caparricio. All 10/10 stars. The staff were amazing friendly.

Great quality of fish very reasonably priced. We shared a bunch of appetizers and rolls. Everything was delicious. I had the salmon sashimi and it was so buttery and delicious. Loved the tempura. The Mexican roll was huge and really yummy. I also had the spicy miso and it was so rich and delicious. Loved the soft, fresh noodles and creamy broth. Great flavor. The staff was also friendly. They also sang Happy birthday and had a big group come out to sing and make it dark with flashing lights. Lots of fun! It seemed pretty basic from the outside but it was so yummy and a great spot!
